HCM managers often face many of the following difficulties. Talent acquisition and retention present significant challenges due to a competitive job market. Finding suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and making attractive offers require careful navigation. Retaining skilled employees involves understanding their needs, offering competitive benefits, and providing growth opportunities. Employee engagement is crucial but can be challenging to achieve. Low engagement leads to decreased productivity, increased turnover, and a negative work environment.
