There's a full moon coming... An HR peer of mine, a seasoned professional leader, cool under pressure, does something unusual: she charts the full moon cycle on her work calendar. Not because she’s superstitious. Because over the years, she’s noticed a pattern: tensions spike, tempers flare, and strange behaviors bubble up during a full moon. Her team noticed, too. Now they check the calendar and laugh, “Ah - makes sense now.” Whether or not there’s any *real* science behind it, that instinct to **observe**, **prepare**, and **de-escalate**? That’s just smart leadership. In HR and management, recognizing subtle shifts in behavior, mood, and dynamics is a skill.
