If you're not already sharing the EAP access information with your employees and encouraging them to take advantage of the benefit, which is delivered to them at no cost, please make the information available.   I've met many successful people who told me after the fact how much the EAP helped them when they needed it.  If you don't think you have one, ask your broker.
